I used to buy replacement parts and have never had a problem installing them myself. In this case I had trouble removing the case possibly due to the increased pressure in the system, the key I originally had stopped working and when I called iSpring for help Nick sent me a new key free of charge. What really struck me was that even then, the pressure could be too strong for the new key to not work either. When I asked iSpring for help again, Nick now sent me a new case to help me, which left me completely stunned. iSpring and Nick deserve the highest praise for the quality of service a customer could only dream of, thank you!
