I bought these bags hoping they would be a good alternative to cauliflower draining cloth when making cauliflower pizza crust and I was not disappointed! Bags made this usually annoying and messy step super easy! Excess water flows easily through the fine mesh without squashing the cauliflower, creating a nice dry puree. Love that the corners are rounded for easy cleaning - no food scraps stick! I simply rinsed the pouch out with soap and water, then laid it on an inverted mug to dry. The bags feel sturdy and well tailored, and it's nice to have different sizes, especially small ones. I have already recommended them to my friends and I recommend them to you too!
