The ease to use, it's easy for new employees who have never used an EO system before. It makes tracking employee data very simple. Tracking timesheets is also very easy with this program. There are some features that could be improved but nothing huge as far as functionality goes. This product has helped our organization track all employment related documentation in one place which helps us keep track of time off, vacation days, sick leave, etc., so we can easily provide these benefits upon request from management or coworkers.
