I had an older version that lasted almost 7 years then dropped it when I put it on a new table. Bought expecting the same high quality as last time. Started great. Now about 30 days in the right dynamics do not play at all. I've tried connecting to computer, phone and iPod Touch. The same goes for everyone. All cables are integrated, so you can't just swap the cable. Sad Panda.Apr 2020 Update Contacted support just to see if they could help me resolve the issue. I sent them the serial number and receipt from Revain. They immediately explained that my receipt was a scam and they would not support me. They also said that the device is over 2 years old (I bought it on February 23, 2020 - about 45 days ago). Regardless of the age of the device, the warranty starts from the moment the buyer receives the device. I bought it NEW from Revain. So I wasn't impressed with their tech support or warranty claims. This is my second from this company (the first lasted a long time), I won't be buying again. Second update April 2020. I took a bunch of PDFs of my order information from Revain and made another support request. Explain the situation again. This time I found someone who said the device was old but it wasn't my fault it had been in storage for so long. They mailed the warranty box after I had to send them photos of all the cables (strange request). So the seller redeemed himself. But the lack of a cable jack means I probably won't be buying another one. If something goes wrong with the cable, you'll need a brand new device.
