Review on 🚗 Hi-Lift LM-100 Lift-Mate Jack by Travis Karren

I received this item as expected. Thank you Revan As you can see in the picture the stitching is at the top next to the block and there is a nice piece of strap between the bottom stitching and the hooks. In most images of this product that I see online, the distance between the hook and the bottom stitch is between 4 and 6 inches. Mine is about 2 inches. I've recently found that I can't move the hooks far enough apart to use them for their intended purpose. Since it's not everyday use, what I've just discovered means I can't get it back. So the buyer should be aware (rather than wary). It's not a bad product, but quality control can be a bit lacking when a product is shipped without adequate coverage. This can leave you in a quandary if you plan to use it without testing it first. So test it out, make sure it works on your car as soon as you get it and you won't be surprised like me that you end up with a product that is useless. Also, the 2 stars is mainly because I contacted the company (and not Revain) and they never answered any of my questions.
