Better Than Other Types 5HTP
Works as well as Melatonin. The vitamin C content in this product helps me a lot more. I have taken different types of 5HTP but none of them have worked. For some reason this product was somewhat workable. I'm glad I bought it. I just want the price of the product to be cheaper.
