The amount of attention to detail put into this software is impressive! The ease at which it can be used for B2B marketing is also fantastic. It's not perfect and doesn't do everything that you want it to - but as with any tool like this, there will always be things that need to be added or changed as your business grows. Definitely try out some examples from their free trials to see how well your product fits in. You may find that you don't actually need all of what they offer but if you do I would say go with it. We are using this software for lead generation, website conversion, and email marketing campaigns. We have been able to easily track our leads through funnel envy and find high converting areas of our site. The team is very responsive to any questions I have about their product or service offerings! They are always willing provide support for free when needed as well!! No dislike of this software at all so far. We use funnel envy because we need some help with our website traffic flow but also want data that helps us make informed decisions in terms what marketing tactics will work best within an overall business strategy perspective (we're not just looking through numbers).
