Good. So yes, it's just a slotted hot pot spoon, but I have to say it does what it says on the tin: remove fat from soups and broths. Too bad I didn't find this sooner as I've gone through all sorts of tricks and twists to get the fat out of bone broths that I've been making for years without much success. It's easy to use, uncluttered, has no complexity, is lightweight, easy to clean, and does what it's designed to do. Very happy with this product and highly recommend.
