This grille looks so cool on my 2008 Ford F250 SuperDuty. But I have some concerns. First, it's difficult to get used to, but it's my own fault for not taking this into account. It's not a tailgate to fall, but it does hold things in place. He kept my spare tire in my bed at highway speed, and it's a damn heavy tire. Second, the hardware is junk. The first screw I used couldn't handle the torque and broke halfway to the side of the bed. It then took me an hour to pull it out again and another 5 seconds to toss the remaining screws in the bin. BUY YOUR SCREWS, TRUST ME. The pills were ok. They kinked a bit when I hand tightened the mesh so they're not that strong. You can also benefit from buying your own tabs. Third, I threw something in my bed while at work, the top of the item landed on the net and one of the 6 straps broke. There is no other way to fix or fix this other than to buy a new network. Ultimately, this is a great $20 product and looks great. But don't expect it to be a permanent/serviceable replacement for your tailgate. 3/5 stars, this is a good workaround for a truck not actually used as a truck. Get a different tailgate if you really use your truck for work.
