Revainrating 4 out of 5

Satisfactory product quality, good price.

What there is to be stated. This is the third watch that I have purchased from Samsung (Frontier3 > Galaxy Watch 46mm > Galaxy Watch 4 Classic), and although I was prepared for some degree of dissatisfaction, it is still present. 1. Since the clock is not dry yet, the programming for it needs to be completed as soon as possible. There are frequent interruptions to the connection with the phone known as jaggies. 2. The loss of autonomy is, of course, disappointing, especially in light of my experience with the Galaxy Watch 46mm, which allowed me to go 4-5 days on a single charge. 3. The strap is the icing on the proverbial cake. This is a total disaster on every level. The material is rigid, and the attachment to the watch is constructed in such a way that the strap does not fit the hand and continually clings to clothes or sleeves with its projecting "ears." The size of the band that fastens to the watch was altered; nonetheless, the question remains as to why this was required. Why not stick with the tried-and-true "watch 42 mm - mount 20 mm, watch 46 mm - mount 22 mm" combination? Now I need to go purchase new straps and store the ones I already have in a box. And it's okay if I got them from Samsung, because then their position is obvious; however, their straps are so unpleasant that I even tossed out the full one, and I don't even think about buying them anymore. The fact that it is possible to order absolutely any strap from third-party manufacturers is a good thing; however, this is a direct disadvantage of Samsung, because such a brand produced such a deformity, and as a result, I now have to worry about finding a strap, which is an additional waste of money and time, just as if I had purchased an electronic watch from a stall in the station for one hundred and fifty dollars. I have no idea what the creators were thinking when they created it. In all honesty, I am more dissatisfied with the watch's strap than I am with its functionality. This is due to the fact that I am aware that the functionality of the watch is dependent on a delicate balance between its hardware and its software, which is not always easy to achieve. When I decided to purchase this watch, both mentally and physically, I was prepared for challenges and tribulations; I treat it with understanding; as a result, the claims are merely symbolic; nonetheless, darn it, the creation of such a failing strap is what I least expected. Do I have the ability to give a recommendation in good faith for this generation of watches to EVERYONE? Of course not! It is in your best interest to hold off until the subsequent generation is finished, at which point you can buy it and start enjoying it.

Pros
  • Excellent layout and screen, to boot
Cons
  • However, in this case, just like everywhere else, the autonomy is really low, and in general, this is the first watch on WearOS; but, due to the fact that the strap is wet, it is revolting.
