Bitterly disappointed. I had high expectations for this item. It definitely looks the part. The speakers are easy to set up together and don't sound too bad when paired with another Bluetooth device like a phone, but I bought a turntable and not just speakers. The player takes some time to connect to the speakers. Once you succeed (the connection time takes longer than the guide says, and it often takes three tries each time). I couldn't listen to any of my records on it because it sounds so bad and distorted and plays at a completely different speed. I tried four new records. Some play well but skip musical lines as if the needle isn't picking up the rhythm. One side of the recording plays well, but the other side doesn't play because it just doesn't sound at the right time, and overall listening pleasure is greatly reduced. If you need a new player, stay away from this one. We contacted the manufacturer directly but they weren't very helpful. I'm still waiting to get a new needle from them to see if it improves anything. I won't hold my breath.
