Easy way for automate customer care services

I've been using this product since last 3 years of my career in IT industry. This is one great tool which we can use without installing or maintaining it locally but only online! The UI has become more intuitive over these past few months that's why i'm happy so far about its performance & benefits provided by zervisio team as well! They are always there if you need their assistance regarding your issue/questions related to software they have created!! One thing what disappointed me most would be lack professionalism shown sometimes while communicating through chat etc. It could possibly due to language barrier between us (i am non indian). Otherwise everything works fine till now!! We're solving our issues like ticketing system integration via API integrations into other products. The best thing about zervicio is that I can access my account through mobile or desktop. It's easy to use and understand and it has been very helpful in managing our after sales team. There are few features like call recording which could be improved but overall it has been very good so far. I would recommend this tool to everyone who wants to manage their after sales team and keep them connect with the clients. We have solved few issues related to client onboarding process.
