Pros: - Assembly was fairly easy - Faux leather is comfortable to sit on - Great ability to move the headrest and lumbar support Cons: - "Massage" is more of a vibration. Nice option but I wouldn't take it if you expect a real massage chair. The armrests go up and down, I just wish they had more room to position. I found the chair to be very comfortable for my build and build. I bought this chair to replace an uncomfortable accent chair I used while working from home. I wish I had bought this sooner!
