I was going to give this product two stars due to the difficulty of extracting the three pieces from the tool's internal storage, but decided against it after I was able to remove the three pieces with tweezers. I would like to note that in my case at least all the details came (I read in other reviews that some of them were missing details). The first four pieces were easily removed after unscrewing the top cover of the screwdriver and emptying its contents. The problem arose when I tried to remove the last three pieces. These three parts were assembled at the bottom of the screwdriver's internal storage. I tried removing it with a metal paper clip which I untangled and lengthened as I tried to get to each piece and pry it out but it didn't work. I tried to shake it to remove it, but the force alone wasn't enough to pull it out. I considered hitting it on hard ground like the other reviewer but changed my mind. Then I read that someone had used a metal probe to successfully remove it and it reminded me of a set of medical instruments I had from a previous anatomy lab. I tried every tool in the set to remove each of the three pieces (except for the scissors and scalpel, which of course were too sharp) and in the end, long thin tweezers did the trick! After removing the parts, I used a #00 Philips socket wrench to successfully remove the screws on the back of my New Nintendo 3DS XL. For those looking for a screwdriver to remove the back of the New Nintendo 3DS XL, the Philips #00 head will do the trick. The beauty of this device (despite its one issue) is that it comes in multiple sizes (#000, #00, and #0, plus four other flat heads). So if one size is too big, you can switch to another size and see if that works. There's a chance you'll end up with a product with three pieces stuck at the bottom, and for that reason I recommend looking elsewhere for a device with a many-in-one screwdriver.
