As others have said it takes a little practice to get it to fit properly. It was what I expected so I only deducted one star but I wasn't expecting THAT much grinding. The tiny piece next to the camera cable connector needs to be removed completely or it will hit the connector. The area around the power connector also needs some sanding. Once you get the hang of it, it works pretty well and keeps my Pi below 40C, but I got about the same temps from regular heatsinks and a 20mm fan. Slightly misleading is that you can't just put a hat on a sink. The standoffs don't screw deep enough into the sink to connect to anything underneath the Pi so you'll need to use the long supplied screws on top which now cover the holes for all the hats. You can screw on the bottom and the top, but then there's no way to screw to a mount or case you want to attach the Pi to. One star deducted for this reason. It was a lot more annoying than having to sand down the sink and of course as I've already "damaged" the product I can't return it.
