Gone are the days when you had to look for MY tape measure. When I pick up packages for shipping, I often have to measure the boxes. My husband kept fetching "his” measuring tapes from my packing room. It ended there. I always know where MY tape measure is. He's one of those brave men who wouldn't be found dead with a PINK tape measure - well, maybe under duress if that were the case, and in an emergency. It slides in and out and is smooth with no snags or bumps. That works great. I don't really care about the rubber band, but hey, there are too many pros out there to let this one scam get in the way. Overall it works well, does its job and is definitely MINE.
