Small ear cap fell off on first use. It was the only one that fit so now I have to buy an extra case just to use the product. Keep in mind that the landing wasn't very good and it was uncomfortable and I honestly doubt I can last more than an hour before it becomes unbearable. The volume is very low. Even upstairs I can hardly hear my conversation partner. The noise cancellation was no better than other Bluetooth. Yes it worked but I didn't have to spend that much for this feature. I don't know how good the battery life is as it's currently useless until I get a replacement handset. The keys are also unsatisfactory. Difficult to turn on and off when I can't hear it, so I just have to keep pressing the button and waiting for the happy moment when it connects. At this point I didn't accidentally turn it on, just tried to take it out of the case. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it.
