I love that it's easy to use, has great reporting capabilities (both for daily tasks as well as long term planning), can be used with other software such as Excel or Google Sheets which makes data analysis easier than using one program alone.

There are some minor bugs in version 1 sometimes but they do come out quickly! The only downside of this system so far was not having an option to have multiple users access at once time - however we've been able to work around this by creating separate accounts per user & assigning them different roles/tasks within our organization. We're solving issues related to efficiency in managing day-to-day operations from start till finish including scheduling appointments, keeping track of inventory levels, organizing events, etc.
