Great customer service, responsive development team

I like that it's easy for us as front of house staff to use and our customers love using this app too! We don't have any dislikes so far; they are working hard at making sure everything works perfectly once it gets released into production mode - we're excited about being able to take reservations via phone or tablet apps rather than having people come through in person each day to make them up! They also offer an API which will be great when we want to integrate other things such as payment systems etc.

If anyone has questions please feel free to contact me directly (email address provided) and i'll do my best to answer :) As mentioned above there aren't really anything negative yet but hopefully over time if issues arise they can get resolved quickly. Using the mobile version makes taking orders much easier by allowing guests to place their order from wherever they happen to be within the venue.

  • Good support system where you always receive feedback after submitting tickets
