Review on MaintenanceVIEW by Kaveen Reyes

I like that it is very easy to use, has many features for different industries/industries in one program which makes managing my business easier than having multiple programs! It's not perfect yet but they are constantly improving their product so you can expect more improvements soon as well!! The customer service from this team of people at maintenanceview was great when we first started using them (we were new) however recently there have been some issues regarding billing etc., This could be because our account manager left or just bad luck? We will continue working together until things get better though since everything else about us liking how friendly everyone here seems too work hard towards making sure all customers needs met :) So far no complaints other then minor hiccups during upgrades / updates - nothing majorly negative really :). Our main focus right now would still remain being able solve problems quickly while also providing quality solutions along side doing what i love.
