It is easy to use and very user friendly. The system is also very flexible in terms of customization which helps us save time. We have been using this for the past 4 years and it has never failed us so far. I can't think of anything that I dislike about this program. This software is very user friendly. It is very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. I don't like that it is not available for all windows and Mac. This software is a little outdated. It would be nice if Microsoft made an update. I would like to see all my maintenance activities, but I am able to pull up just my work orders.
