I have to say I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the knife but when it arrived you would think I paid three times more. Presentation, packaging and protection were top notch. There was a small flat surface on my blade that caught my attention, so I reacted to it, although it didn't bother me too much. However, the next thing I know is that Walid, the owner, thanked me for the review, who sent another one very quickly. If they continue to provide this level of service with quality products, I see them evolving. It's so nice to find a case that cares, they're rare these days!
