Review on Ninja NF701 Professional Food Processor: 1200W Power, 4 Functions, 12-Cup Bowl, 2 Blades & Discs, Silver by Richard Bowens

The product description doesn't say this (at the time of this review anyway) but this unit shuts off automatically after about 60 seconds of use; that is not good when making smooth dips as it get very annoying to have to constantly restart it. Additionally, the blades as not as curved as they look in the pictures, I was counting on that as a means of prevent air pockets, but all the extra blades amount to is something else in the way when I inevitably have to scrape the chamber and restart.
