Review on Red Hound Auto Compatible 2015 2019 by Randy Salgado

I recently purchased a base 2019 Subaru Outback that came without a mudflap. Official Subaru fenders are a bit pricey so I looked for an alternative and found the Red Hound brand at Revain for significantly less. There were also a few other brands listed on Revain, but the Red Hound brand all seemed to get great results, so I ordered these. The blocks arrived quickly and proved to be well made and durable, just as good as the Subaru versions in my opinion, maybe a little better. The front and back came in the same box with their hardware in 2 separate packages along with instructions. Except for a drill, drill and a small screwdriver to remove the plastic, everything needed to install the flaps was included. Traffic jams. These flaps fit well with the contours of the outback. Installation was easy and they look great, just like the factory units. The only complaint I had and why I gave them 4 out of 5 was that a lace pattern, front and back, was not exactly as described in the instructions. Maybe a little change from 2018 to 2019? No big deal, I just had to drill a hole which the instructions said was already there, so I ended up drilling 2 holes per valve instead of 1. Another thing, I wish they were a little longer. . Whatever the case, they look like they offer the same coverage as the factory units. Overall very satisfied and I would buy them again.
