Bought for my husband who has been using Philips Norelco for 3-4 years. He has a lot of facial hair that sometimes seems to pull at his hair. So I tried to return the item but was told it was non-returnable despite the product description saying nothing about it. I would like to include here the response I received from customer service as everyone should know that this item is non-refundable even though the description doesn't say so.
