This door closer is quite well built and I am actually using it as an upgrade to an old door holder that I have replaced a few times. We have high winds in the area so these things scroll like candy. I noticed that this one is actually a little smaller than average but actually costs a little more. The door couldn't open that far because of the holes I had already drilled for all the old door closers. So if I want to save to open all the way I have to drill another hole. I've never had a problem picking up a replacement from Home Depot in the past and just in case I checked there again and it doesn't seem like there are many size options for how far they go. The biggest variety I saw was how strong they are in comparison to each other, so at the risk of sounding like a pun I feel short-circuited.
