Review on Big Horn 10216 T Track Featherboard by Michael Jennings

This is a beautiful spring board. The attachment to the saw guide could be better. They have two plastic rails that go into the standard rail at a 3/4" x 3/8" angle. They have edges that fit into slots on the side of the angle rail. Friction between the board and the saw table holds it in place as you tighten the knobs. Unfortunately my old Craftsman table saw, although it has a standard size angle bar, doesn't have the extra slots on the sides below. So this perforated plate does not work for him. Overlays with an expanding lead work. If the tool you want to use this pad with has an angled rail that is a different size or the same as mine, you will need to make your own mounting hardware. It works well on a T-rail fence to reduce pressure on the workpiece. Despite its limitations, this is a good downy board for the price.
