I just received mine and wanted to say I received the RL-H5A as ordered. It appears to be the 'successor' (or at least an equivalent) to the RL-H4C after Topcon spun off their positioning division. I immediately tested the accuracy and it was better than 1/8 inch at about 150 feet. Probably more accurate than that, I just didn't think standing in my neighbors' yard with a meter was a good idea. The receiver mount has a bubble level and fits my Bosch dipstick well. I love that you can mount it on a tripod with just a glance at the spirit level and it will level itself - even if the mounting surface is clearly cat wampus. If it is so extreme (>5 degrees) that it cannot level itself, the LED lights will indicate that the tripod needs to be level enough for the unit to do the rest. When the device is hit, it will flash for one minute and then start self-leveling automatically.
