I was concerned the screen protector would bend or buckle during shipping, but luckily it was well protected in a sturdy box. The protective film comes with cleaning supplies to ensure proper installation. Remember that preparation is key. Set the screen to cleaning mode before installation. Do a test fit as the screen is asymmetrical (it's not a regular rectangular screen) so one side of the screen protector needs to line up perfectly with the top of the screen. After removing all dust particles from the screen, attaching the protective film was quite easy. Started at the top and went down. I found minimal air bubbles that were easy to smother. After application I thought there was still a protective film on the front that needed to be removed but I didn't find anything to remove. So keep that in mind after installation. Overall I was very impressed with the matte screen protector as I see less glare and fingerprints now. The matte screen can take some getting used to, but I got used to it within a week. Well worth it and I get the same matte screen protector but for my X model.
