I bought a premium version of Thermaltake TT Sync 9-Port SATA powered addressable LED controller. I now have a larger box that occupies a SATA port instead of a USB 2.0 port (which I like). However, the jRainbow connector does not remain connected. Every time I move my computer it falls over, it doesn't push and resist falling out. It's awful, and the headers for my case fans, which are also from Thermaltake, have different headers so it was almost pointless for me to buy this as an upgrade. Other fans must be controlled via buttons in their own header. Now I need to figure out if it's just the cable that's broken or if I need to find a replacement from another company.
