Don't rely on your system for cooling Buyer beware

This product does not work properly and the software does not work properly. I have contacted support 5 times with no solution, the 4th time I was ignored, the 5th time I received an apology that they were closed over the weekend without mentioning the other 4 times that I contacted them on the same email address, so draw your own conclusions. do not recommend or allow flashing lights to invalidate your decision without a flash. after several attempts to contact the manufacturer for the 6th…

Pin is missing in one of the fan connectors

Stuffed Lian Li O11 Dynamic Razer Edition with TT Riing Premium 360 Kit and 6 additional fans. 9 total. I left out the CPU block's LED header, so I ordered a second controller with 9 fans anyway. However, the first controller doesn't have an RGB pin in one of the fan headers because the fan connected to that header spins but doesn't light up. The second controller has just arrived and will be set up soon. If you get one, use a 9-port controller separate from the fans, as that at least lets you…

Pros
  • Nice looks
Cons
  • Socket required

Someone who wants to hook up LED fans to their motherboard to sync all the lighting in their case is probably concerned about keeping the case clean, so installing options should be something thoughtful. The included Velcro was of poor quality, I doubt it's really 3M as it says on the back. The adhesive stuck to the controller, then the velcro peeled itself off the adhesive, so I now have a sticky square on my controller, but it's not sticky enough to hold the velcro. I'm also disappointed that

The jRainbow connector sucks.

I bought a premium version of Thermaltake TT Sync 9-Port SATA powered addressable LED controller. I now have a larger box that occupies a SATA port instead of a USB 2.0 port (which I like). However, the jRainbow connector does not remain connected. Every time I move my computer it falls over, it doesn't push and resist falling out. It's awful, and the headers for my case fans, which are also from Thermaltake, have different headers so it was almost pointless for me to buy this as an upgrade…

Run Away Run Away - Water Cooling Systems

What the heck don't buy it at first if you have 12V RGB This is my buying mistake but I'm sure a lot of people make the same mistake because it was not clear that it does not work with 12 V RGB. I bought two and two 200mm RGB fans and ended up just cutting the fan wires and wiring. Another connector for my Asus Z390-H motherboard. I will definitely never buy a Thermaltake product again, absolutely cannot stand companies that block their products so it only works with their stuff. This. Fans…

Thermaltake is in serious trouble. company as a whole.

The item was shipped unexpectedly. I mean exactly as I wrote it. Actually sent. Other Thermaltake products took weeks to ship, but not this item. Unfortunately this doesn't work as intended. Thermaltake has issues with everything from shipping to returns to quality control. The fan controller has a bad port. All my other fans work except the one on that bad port. I'm guessing that's not all that's not working as my Aura Sync can't control the fans this product is supposedly designed for. It…

Works great - just one complaint

Works great with Thermaltake Riing Plus RGB fans and all-in-ones. Each set of 3 "devices" has its own dedicated PWM connector, allowing you to control the fan speed across multiple fan headers on the motherboard. You lose individual RGB lighting control as the entire device is connected to a single digital LED header on the motherboard. However, if you want all of your RGB displays to follow the same pattern or "in sync" then this shouldn't be a problem at all. The only thing I complain about…
