Velcro quality docking star and incorrect instructions and possible flickering problem

Someone who wants to hook up LED fans to their motherboard to sync all the lighting in their case is probably concerned about keeping the case clean, so installing options should be something thoughtful. The included Velcro was of poor quality, I doubt it's really 3M as it says on the back. The adhesive stuck to the controller, then the velcro peeled itself off the adhesive, so I now have a sticky square on my controller, but it's not sticky enough to hold the velcro. I'm also disappointed that there aren't any mounting options other than Velcro (maybe a hole or two in the case to attach it somewhere, or a loop to let the zip tie through?). I ended up attaching velcro straps around the whole thing to keep it in a convenient place. I'm also frustrated with outdated and/or just plain wrong guides. They said I need to use a 3 pin RGB cable for my Gigabyte motherboard, but my z390 Aorus Master has 4 pin ARGB connectors that mate with the 4 pin cable that came with the controller. The 4 pin cable worked fine for me. Also a small snag: the cable sheathing of all products in this series is too large and makes it difficult to lay and handle in a small space. EDIT: Coming back to add a new issue I was having. I can't attribute this 100% to the fan controller versus the motherboard, but it seems to be the controller. When another ARGB LED product is connected to my motherboard at the same time, the other product flickers color from time to time. The moment I remove the fan controller from the motherboard, the flickering stops. This controller's fans will never flicker no matter how many ARGB products are connected, but other devices will flicker if connected to this controller at the same time.
