The best thing about flame is its ease to use it once you've logged in for the first time. It's simple to navigate through all of our events, and I can see who has booked with us and when they did so. This makes things very easy to keep track off. There are occasions where there could be more features that would help make managing my event much easier and beneficial to me as an organizer. We have not yet used any other ticket booking system than this one; however if we were looking at another option, I'd say look into Eventbrite or something similar. Our current setup seems like it will work well enough for now until we find something better suited to our needs. Managing our event schedule, keeping up with guest information and being able to easily share information between team members working on it. The best thing about this software is that it makes booking process very easy for us as well as our customers. It is also really helpful to keep track of all tickets we have booked so far. I would love if they could add more features like integration with Google calendar or other social media platforms. But overall everything works fine. We are able to manage ticket sales easily through this platform.
