I ordered this set of bits and was lucky enough to use them straight away. The smaller piece dangled a bit, but the springs seemed to control most of the noise. It was not possible to eliminate vibrations by making a subsequent cut, since the bearing allowed a small amount of material to be removed and additional cuts would make one part thinner than the others. A larger bit created more noise, so I used multiple passes, which minimized the problem. Unfortunately, on the final pass, the bearing broke off in the middle of the cut, chipping the top corner of the carbide and destroying the part. I was hoping to continue using the racquet to finish my job, but losing that bearing and tiny angle caused the racquet to become unbalanced, causing even more wobble and chatter. I asked for a replacement because it worked fine when it worked. I will update when I get a new beat.
