Doesn’t lay flat best in my review
It’s a beautiful pan but unfortunately it’s not balanced. The handle is too heavy so that the bottom doesn’t lay flat against the surface of the convection cooktop which means it can’t heat. I am using it in another place that has a gas cooktop which is ok but still takes work to get it flat. Too bad because I love the way it looks
