This is a well made product. Very satisfied with the workmanship and fit. Since I'm using an alloy timing chain cover and an 8" balancer, some modifications were required. The bottom flange had to be cut off about 1/4" to reveal the balancer. The inside mounting corners had to be sanded for the cover to fit. I also bought two 2" 3/8-24 screws to give me enough depth. I cut one of them 1/4 inch. The pointer itself makes a nice update. It's very close to the balancer cap that I also installed, but that's more of a cap issue.
