Definitely recommend. It's a solid piece of wood with subtle leather on either side. I paid about $28 after tax for this sling and it was advertised on every page as an 8x3 inch leather sling. It was actually 9x3 when I got it which might have been a coincidence but idk. So for the price I would recommend. Although there were 2 things I didn't like. 1) This is the smooth side of the leather on both sides of the webbing, this product does not have a "suede" side. And 2) the composition is not very good in my opinion, so you should find a good composition yourself. I would not recommend this product unless you want to forgo the mix and then pay more for higher quality leather. I also have an indentation on one side that looks like an indentation the size of a pen or pencil as if it was pricked firmly with one of them. But it was a full inch longer than I expected and it was $28 after tax, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
