All-Clad in name only
As far as I can tell this is All-Clad in name only because it's made in China and doesn't use standard All-Clad methods . All-Clad doesn't even list/mention this model on their website. This should be fine for a pot as you don't need any special properties like heat retention, heat control etc for a pot as the water is a predictable/maintained/controlled temperature. So the All-Clad name to me just means the material is trustworthy (i.e. cheaper items may qualify for a certain metal but definitely aren't that metal), but don't expect a top-notch All-Clad at this price point .
