Lathe and Tools. I've seen professional metal detectors use anti-fatigue mats. When I stand in front of the Powermatic lathes in the Techshop for 6 or 7 hours and teach wood turning and/or metal spinning, I am completely exhausted. My legs hurt and I can hardly stand up and go home after two lessons. I took two steps to solve this problem. I only schedule one lesson a day at the Techshop and secondly I bought an anti-fatigue mat like the one pictured below. This mat is perfect for our lathe. Everyone loves this rug. I will never work without him again.
