Couldn't be happier!

I saw this unit at a friend's house and I knew the flame looked absolutely real. Everyone else had some pictures with perfect flames and some not so good ones. There is no noise when using the fire function and the top does not get hot - nothing gets hot. When the heater is on, the fan blows heat into the room so you can still put things on it. Obviously it can change that comment if you run it at the top level. Sloping corners and side windows help create ambience everywhere. I love this fireplace! I'll try to add a photo later.
