I've been a fan of Meross Smart products for a while and already have a couple of non-Homekit smart bulbs that work really well. This lamp is easy to set up and use. The Apple Homekit code is printed on the side of the lamp base and also on a small insert included in the box. This means that if you installed that bulb in a fixture that wasn't easily accessible and had to set up the bulb again (maybe you changed your router, etc.), you didn't need to access the bulb. to read the code. In my case I installed one of these in a ceiling light and when I needed to connect to the bulb all I had to do was point my phone's camera at the label on the info sheet in the box. The lamp is easy to adjust. and responds very quickly. I often use my Revain Echo to customize mine by simply telling Alexa to turn the bulb on or off, set the intensity to x%, or even adjust the color or temperature to my liking. I installed one of these in my bedroom lamp and when I get up in the middle of the night for a biopause I can turn it on red so it doesn't hurt my eyes and it's easier for me to fall asleep again. .Overall I like these bulbs and they work very well.
