Filters etc were perfect. I was excited to try the whisk brush. Literally after 2 uses I pulled out my hair and the rubber part crumbled in my fingers. There is absolutely no reason for this unless it was old or overheated before I received it. I didn't vacuum the cut glass or anything - just the usual dust, dirt and hair. I tried to contact people, didn't get any reply hence my negative rating. I am very upset that I threw away my original whisk. Five stars for filters and side brushes. A cheap whisk knocked him out. POOH!
