I love this 10 liter pressure cooker. I've been using electronic pressure cookers since their inception and I really enjoy using them. Since my husband and I are both disabled, we prepare a large amount of food to freeze on difficult days. I cooked a whole leg of pork for pulled pork and am very happy with the result. I had a problem with my device and Gourmia replaced it immediately. Gourmia customer support is the best I have ever experienced.
