They weren't tight or stretchy. They were the usual old-school wide-leg jumpsuits. They did the job because I actually bought them for a 90's style party. But went with the restless skinny so she could get more out of them alongside the party. It's not going to happen. They were tall and legs apart. They had to be rolled up. She will most likely never wear them again. The clips are not attached and there are no instructions. A little understood. I just put it together for a party and then took the time to get it right.
