My daughter's 4 door JK 2010, doors were difficult to open and close, found them. more expensive than other sets. but the bushings are made of Delron, a better material than the plastic found in other kits. This kit also includes a removal tool. "Rusted bushings" outside. Here, try it. if you don't stop before you start tapping the hinges out of alignment. Need a good 1/2 short drill bit, use low speed and lots of spray/wd40, work slowly. You can easily drill out a corroded bushing. Clean the hinge well, make sure it is free of burrs and FOD. Use a synthetic lubricant, a very small amount, and apply it to the inside of the hinge, and then press the hinge with your hand. new jack. Carefully coat the inside of the new bushing. Clean the pins on the doors, there is a chance they are corroded. Light metal brush or emery cloth. When you're done, clean them well again and then apply a small/moderate amount of synthetic lube. Both we were able to knock out most but there were a few/a few that needed reaming. Extra kit and replaced from time to time. I'm assuming even the Delron is worn out and needs replacing, not sure for how long. However, expect them to be replaced sooner or later.
