Review on 🔧 Griot's Garage 10862 Complete Compound - 16oz by Marvin Perry

I used this composition yesterday at the request of the customer. I used a DA with an orange cutting tip. Started at slowest speed and finished at speed #5. Not even the smallest halos or transparent meshes were removed. The product is very thin. Like even water. It removed very little oxidation. But even the oxidation took 3 passes. Maybe I got a bad bottle from a bad lot? I do not know. I simply had to persuade my customer to go with 3M. Never again. To be honest I've always read positive reviews about Griot's. I have used their waxes in the past and they have been wonderful. But like most detailers, I have a favorite brand. Again, I may have received a bad batch. But I don't roll the dice when it comes to my reputation for quality work. *UPDATE* I emailed Griot on October 4th, 2020. You answered me tonight; 07.11.2020. More than a month has passed. Terrible customer service. Never again.
