Not as advertised or compatible

The photo of the box says it fits Craftsman model #113179150. It is not true. This unit cannot be attached to the engine mounting bolt and will fall into the trash can. The original filter had a flat top and a wing nut that attached it to the motor housing. This assembly has a raised male stud and a pressure cap that does not attach to the motor housing stud. [See photos]. Since it's been 4 or 5 years since I changed the filter, I didn't notice any difference in design from the product photo. Guilty.

This filter is compatible with all current Craftsman 5 gallon and larger wet/dry vacuums, 6 gallon since 1992 and 8, 12, 16, 32 gallon. Vacuum cleaner manufactured since 1988
