My gerbil loves this little coconut! I originally bought this because some Instagram gerbils recommended it on their Instagram. I didn't expect him to use it often, but I decided to give it a try. When he discovered it, he loved it! It's very durable and fits well in his aviary and he didn't try to chew it, which is very unusual for him, so it was a pleasant surprise, most likely he didn't chew it because of the thick lip. It's way, way, way stronger and thicker than I thought it would be. Don't use the picture they provide as a reference, it fits my gerbil comfortably, but a coconut can't be that damn big. Anyway, he was used to sleeping in it and liked it very much. Excellent purchase
