Review on VentaFax by Emmanuel Chouinard
So many options and features, even non techie users can make things happen
I like how easy it was for me (I'm not tech-savvy)to set up my computer so when people call they get an automated message saying "please leave your number." It also makes our customers feel important by giving them their own voicemail box! The only thing about this product i don't really care too much abour but could be fixed would probably being easier navigation within certain functions in order tp use some other applications or add new ones if there are any out ther ethat aren'r available yet? For us we have used ventafax before at another job where everyone had access via PC's which made adding employees very time consuming since you couldn’t just go ahead & install one without having all these different programs installed beforehand etc.. This way has been great because now anyone who wants something sent over FAX gets taken off from emailing someone else until after its done!!
- Very versatile program, even though is pretty basic it works well with almost anything that needs to send documents across through faxes as longas everything can fit into memory card slot.Great customer service , helpful support team ! Lotsa options/options provided such things include changing background colors& fonts along woth
