I like that they are responsive and knowledgeable, they have always been proactive with our account needs. It's easy to get a hold of them and they are never too far away when you need something. They don't do as much services as some of their competitors in the field, so if you're looking for more services to be performed, then this might not be the best fit for you. We've used Colden for years now and they have never disappointed us. Having a reliable partner that can handle all of our IT needs has made things easier for us.
